Welcome to This Enabled Life — we’re Dane and Becca.
We’ve been married for over 12 years and live in Alaska. Becca has used a wheelchair her whole life due to a birth defect, but that hasn’t stopped us from exploring, traveling, and living fully — together.
As a married couple, we have had to develop processes together that help her navigate her world: up stairs, across beaches, into kayaks, and through the wild terrains of life — including the healthcare system.
My goal is to be the strength where she needs it, and her joy reminds me every day what love really means.
Our brand is about functional strength, emotional connection, and purpose-driven living.
